Payment Options

Retail

You can usually claim prizes below €2,500 from retailers. Any prize above this amount will need to be claimed from a participating Loterías y Apuestas del Estado bank.

Prizes over that amount require players to complete a claim form, and winnings must be obtained through one of the operator’s chosen financial institutions.

In the event of a big win, Lotto.org recommends contacting the lottery operator to find out how to claim the prize.

Prizes of up to €600 will be paid into your Lotobolsa (online wallet) if you are playing through the official Loterías y Apuestas del Estado website.

If the amount of the prize is between €601 and €2,499.99, it will be paid directly into your bank account. If the amount you win takes your Lotobolsa account balance between these two figures, it will be paid directly into your bank account, too.

Prizes over €2,500

For wins over €2,500, players will receive an email with specific instructions on how to claim their prize. This usually includes completing a claim form.

If you play through a third-party retailer and win, it is advised you contact their customer support team for prize-claim information.
